Great post from the Happiness Project (a site and book on, yeah you guessed it, Happiness) listing Tolstoy’s 10 rules for a happy life.
Tolstoy wrote these rules when he was eighteen years old:
Get up early (five o’clock)
Go to bed early (nine to ten o’clock)
Eat little and avoid sweets
